After workout eggs

AFTER WORKOUT EGGS  from Nicci O’Boyle

 1 cup kale, sliced in thin strips

Handful of grape tomatoes, marinated in garlic and olive oil

2 eggs

Dash of Tony’s Creole seasoning

 Sautee the kale, sprinkle a little Tony’s while cooking. When the kale is almost done add the tomatoes. Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Cook eggs to your liking. I prefer eggs over medium, the yokes just a bit runny. Add a sprinkle of Tony’s to the eggs. And place your eggs on top of your kale and tomatoes. Get a spoonful of the olive oil and garlic the tomatoes were marinating in and put it on top of the eggs. Enjoy!
