Greenacolda Smoothie, a Summertime Shake Packed with Protein

I like shakes as a nutrient rich, post workout snack. Here is a recipe for summer, which includes a balance of carbs, protein and healthy fat.
Get your blender (or Vitamix!) out and add:
4 ice cubes
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1/4 avocado
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete Shake
1 handful of greens (optional, but greens are always good!)
1 cup coconut WATER (not milk)
1 tbsp coconut shredded or oil (You can add a tsp of coconut extract which is adds the flavor but not the calories)
Blend it up and enjoy! Yum!
