Omega Rich Dressing

Mix this omega-3  rich dressing up and add to anything you please!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Udo’s Oil or 1 tbsp cold pressed flaxseed oil and 1 tsp. cold pressed sesame oil

Juice of 1 fresh lemon

1 or 2 medium garlic cloves

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

½ inch fresh ginger root, grated

1 tbsp Bragg Liquid Amino’s

1 tsp Mrs. Dash

In a blender, blend all the ingredients together thoroughly. Let flavors marinate prior to serving.

 

Serve over any of the following tossed greens:

Arugula

Beet greens

Kale

Mustard greens

Cilantro

Collard greens

Romaine lettuce

Green or Red cabbage

Red or green leaf lettuce

Spinach

Swiss chard
